Sabine Kuhner


Sabine is a fine artist and painter whose work is about colors in abstract, landscapes and the expression inhuman faces. Her fascination with art began as a small child and she was largely self-taught until she became family manager. Stays were Michigan USA, Frankfurt, GER, Gothenburg, SWE and Munich, GER. Former life events challenged her to delve into religion and spirituality and she worked as yoga teacher, relaxation therapist and systemic coach.

In 2001 at the age of 40 she began taking workshops and classes to further train her hand and eye for composition and use of different media. In 2010 she opened her own artist studio near Munich and studied with well known artists such as Stephan Fritsch, Ingrid Floss, Jerry Zeniuk and Markus Lüpertz at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kolbermoor where she finished her Master in 2019. Kuehner´s work is in private and public collections in Germany and the US. She won an award for a permanent installation of 58 faces in public space.
